MM couldn't do the HQ edition like normal, so i figured i would do one.
I don't know about other guys x264 in .mkv encodes for this ep but this was done from a HDTV source instead of the lower quality PDTV source that's normally used for the HQ encodes (about time they aired doctor who in HD). But don't worry about a logo as there is no bbc hd logo.
This is 550mb instead of 350mb because the episode is 59 minutes long as appose to the normal ~43 minutes.
If you want more quality then grab the 1.45gb 720p x264 or the 6.73gb 1080MBAFF h264 source.

720x576 (16:9 AR), 1.17mbps x264 r1139, 128kbps AACplus2
settings: subme=9, me=tesa, trellis=2, b-adapt=2, [email protected], (rest is about the same as MM's)
