If you're only getting a white screen with the Xbox360 logo, you haven't got 1.51 firmware, you need to 're-flash' your firmware or 'patch' the image as stated in the previous comments.

Eh.. I've seen the NTSC release everywhere for quite a while now. It got released way before PAL.
So no, it won't work with NTSC. Download the NTSC version, it's not hard to find.

It's getting to the point of RIDICULOUS that every 360 game torrent gets asked the SAME QUESTIONS.
And almost every time everything you need to know is in the title.
RF = Region Free
PAL = PAL
NTSC = NTSC
Combination of PAL and RF means it's PAL origin, but region free. etc.
And if a game appears over 9000 times on torrents, with titles varying from NTSC and PAL, it's obviously NOT region free.
And yes, you need a firmware flashed xbox 360.
No you can't burn it on a CD or a normal DVD.
Dual Layered verbatim 8x discs do just fine, at least in most cases.
(8x DVD+R DL)
And the layer break is 1913760
1.51v of freeware will play this one.
if it doesn't work, patch it. it's easy and it's not hard to find instructions (or a torrent with searchwords such as "Wave 3 patch")
