i got an Garmin 420s with 3d, and someone stole my card from the boat. So im expecting this one to work with my gps plotter?

It will work on your 420s, just don't forget to create a gmapsupp.unl file next to this file in the Garmin dir on your SD card.
And also don't forget to write your unlock code to the gmapsupp.unl file!

Hi. Does anyone have a step by step explanation on how to make this work on Garmin 525s, with newest firmware? Or if it works at all in 525s. Have tried the explanations I have found on TPB, but it doesnt work. Formatted card in PC (only option: FAT) Created .unl and copied the .unl and the map file to card = doesnt work. Tried to make a map callen "Garmin" and put both files in there = doesnt work. Maybe Im doing something whan making the key? The original card I have doenst have an .unl file; it has a "device something"-file. Would rally like to see this work...
Is it possible to use this on a computer? F.ex. with "OpenCPN?"
hello, how is everyone, i wondered if you coudl help me i got a Oregon 450 and have downloaded this torrent , can anyone help me with the next steps to get them installed on the unit. Regards
Maybe a better explanation on how to install this is found on the South Norway map. Check it out here on ebay. I'm going to try one of those comments tomorrow. Well here's what he said:
Insert your SD card into your GPS unit. Start the GPS. Point at the battery symbol a few seconds. When in the
service mode menus go to \'Data Card Test Page\'. The SD card ID is the 10 digit \'Serial. Get GMapTool from
another torrent. Start GMapTool. Drag&Drop GMAPSUPP.IMG into GMapTool. Now you will find you MapID. Get and Start
JetMouse Garmin Unlock 1.5. Insert SD card ID in the first entry. Generate. Choose \'Custom Mapset\' and add your
MapID in the 2nd entry. Generate. Copy og Paste map unlock code into the file GMAPSUPP.UNL. Both GMAPSUPP.IMG and
GMAPSUPP.UNL must be put in a GARMIN folder in the new SD card. If you wish you may give the SD card the label
\'GARMIN\' (format).

2. type whatever in their (guess your SN will fit nicely)
3. choose \"Save As\"
4. Write FILENAME.UNL
5. choose: Save as file: All filetypes.
6. press the save button. You have now made an UNL file! :)

is there a detailed guide to install this on garmin gps's? i've been on the lookout for a guide lately but without luck :( any links peeps?
btw, i only have a emty SD card to use ;)
