This is redsn0w 0.7 for windows xp and vista.

Note:
1. You must have your iPod Touch or iPhone updated to 3.0
2. You must have iTunes 8.2

How to use:

1. Connect your iPod Touch or iPhone
2. Run redsn0w 
3. In redsn0w click on browse and search for your 3.0 update
4. Click next
5. Now hold the power and home button together and slide to power it off
6. Click next
7. Now choose which option you will like (Example: Install Cydia) 
8. Click next
9. Hold power button for 3 seconds, then hold power and home button for 10 seconds, and then let go of the power button and hold the home button for 30 seconds.
10. Now wait until everything is finish.
11. Congralutions! You have a 3.0 jailbroken iPod Touch or iPhone!

PS - After this you must install Appsync from cydia add this source http://cydia.hackulo.us
