Ripped video, French audio and subtitles from R2 blu ray. Ripped English
audio from the Columbia Tristar R2 DVD soundtrack, worked it over with eac3to
and Audacity to sync with the blu ray release.
Normally I hardsub English into the video stream, but the subtitles for this
movie are noted for being utterly inconsistent with the English dub. It's
pretty funny to watch the English dub with the English subs on, if you ever
want to re-watch with a bit more humour than the flick has to offer. At least
Lambert does his own English dub...
Directed by Luc Besson, starring Christopher Lambert.

In one description it says:

and in another it says:

AC3-2.0 224Kbps 48KHz (fr)

Which is it? Only English audio? Or both French and English audio? The English dub loses the film's Frenchness. Subtitles preserve the Frenchness but still allow anglophones to follow the story.
So for those interested,
there are english subtitles,
english & french audio !

Great quality !
Thanks to the uploader !
I STRONGLY recommend this in French with English subtitles. The dub job is terrible into English, with senseless Americanisms thrown in, like "You'll end up like Custer at Little Bighorn", that completely break suspension of disbelief that this is taking place in Paris (the original French in that case translates to "You'll end up like Napoleon at Waterloo").

This is one of my favorite Luc Besson films, and the cast is stellar, with Christophe[r] Lambert, Isabelle Adjani, Jean-Hugues Anglade, and even Jean Reno in a bit part. I'm sure a few other faces are familiar to French cinema aficionados, like Michel Galabru, Jean-Pierre Bacri, and Richard Bohringer). If you liked "Léon: The Professional" and "Killing Zoe", you'll dig this (even if you hated "Highlander"). It's on the lighter side than either.

The music by Éric Serra (who also has a bit part) is dated - very '80s - but memorable, especially a haunting saxophone busker piece, a slappy-bass subway scene-setter, and the pop song "It's Only Mystery".

If you can't stand subtitles, go ahead with the English audio; it's still worth it, and it has a few gems of its own, like Adjani's soliloquy at a dinner party, ending with "And, so, fuck you all." She also did her own English in this one, along with Lambert.
