I've only done the Reiki Psychic Attunement, I haven't done any of the others and I can tell this is pretty powerful stuff. I felt heat all over my body, saw a lot of colors, and my hands were literally sparkling after the attunement (though it wasn't a physical sparkle, it's like there was energy all around my hands and shooting out of my fingertips). Pretty awesome upload, many thanks.

I'd advise other meditation works along with Reiki training...
