File should recod to NTSC compliant DVD for those so inclined. To be honest, I suspect the source "DVD" was just an analog rip anyway, the quality is ony mediocre, you are probably better to regard this file as a pretty good VHS rip. ******************************************************************************* Mr. Frost (aka The Deadly Mr. Frost) *******************************************************************************

Definitely VHS rip quality. Pretty dark. Nevertheless, works great for me, including audio--especially since this movie is so hard to come by. thank you :)
You are AWESOME! Thank you so much for uploading this. I've checked on and off for years to see whether this had been released on DVD. I DL'ed this, but went looking for the region 1 DVD for sale and found it--so I'll be buying it too. :-) You rock.
@javagirl : I have never been able to track down an R1 DVD. Where did you get it, and what is the quality like?
Does this movie contain subtitles?
