(Problems with magnets links are fixed by upgrading your torrent client!)
Easiest way to do this. Just follow the steps, no viruses. Its uploaded from a mac, its tested on 10.6.3 Mac OS X. Here are simple instructions. ONLY work on a mac. By the way, I accidentally put the no censor bar on the sims. So there naked.

Instructions:

1. Download torrent.

2. Open the torrent in where ever it's saved.

3. Unzip the folder completely, there should only be an .app file.

4. Right click and click open.

5. Do NOT update it, if it exits when you say cancel, turn of your internet or get Little Snitch from the link below.

6. If it is still not working, copy the TS3.exe from the torrent and paste and replace in the following folder by right clicking and pressing show package contents.

Contents - Resources - transgaming - c_drive - Program Files - Electronic Arts - The Sims 3 - Game - Bin.

Any problems? Send me an email: [email protected]

.exe files are for winblows, not Macs.
Ya, what the fuck is an .exe doing in a Mac only torrents?!
This just goes to show that the Mac guys aren't as smart as they may seem. The Sims 3 is not a true Mac OS X native game. It goes through a trans-code engine hence at the heart of the game lies the Windoze version. So yes going deep into the Sims 3 app contents you will find all sorts of .exe and .dll files, They are just really nicely hidden from the basic Mac user. So any hacked Windoze Sims 3 .exe files should work just find if you did deep enough to replace them. Do a little research next time before dropping the whole the are no .exe files in OS X, because there are quiter a few games that are ports of the Windoze versions and they too have .exe files in them.
@impulseman37 :

instead of mocking, you should have said HOW the hell those ''oh so stupid Mac guyz'', could get this torrent to work, hum? o_O

@rhflem123 and @nukeZ3r0:

Yap! :) You guys were correct. But there's a certain file (TS3.exe) in this Application, which is located in the Bin of the folder. You will replace that with the file TS3.exe :) Yes, its true that if you open the TS3.exe, codes will appear. But it is part of the application. So you will replace that :)
why the mac said it cannot open the link?
