Thank you! I've been looking for this book for quite a while
Hey man, thanks a lot, but I was wondering if you had the other books in the series as well (i.e. All muscle, No Iron; Liquid Steel; The handstand chronicles and The Dynamic Physique)
This book is brilliant. I'd send Sommer ten bucks if I had his PP address.
yo ! thanks!
i regret spending so much time in gyms over the years just being concerned about the looks of my body. not considering to become a gymnast but this kind of training rings true to me. in some ways it feels like martial arts aspiring to gain full control of your body. train hard brothers and sisters!
Thanx
