Thanks for the post, flitigalisa. I absolutely love The Iceman! He's one of my all-time biggest influences on my guitar playing. Man, that sound! No one played the Fender Telecaster like him. Delicate as a butterfly, but could take the top of your head off with those searing treble solos.
As well, a very gracious, decent man personally. Listen to his live material, & you'll hear & feel how much he appreciated his fans.
This is a man to learn from. Jimi Hendrix knew. He arranged to have Albert open for him @ his shows, so that a lot more folks could hear the Telecaster Master.
