Quality is good. This is much smaller than the other seasons 1-7 torrent, too.
If you don't like the quality, remember that this is from a 90's tv show. A low quality torrent would have pixellation or be out of sync.

Just a little heads up - the episodes in season 2 are out-of order. According to wikipedia, anyway.
