Summary:

Just looked true the movie, the quality is indeed not that good. It's watchable but I prefer a better one. The subs are not hardcorded.

Video quality is not "good"... When there is grain in the picture, it's just awful.

There is no point in using x264 if you disable ALL its interesting features (CABAC, most partition types, trellis...)
