(Problems with magnets links are fixed by upgrading your torrent client!)
This is a set of what for me is the best DVD backup software I have found, much of which is no longer available. This set includes: DVD shrink - Lets you keep .iso format but shrink an image by video compression or by removing things like audio tracks or menus (if one menu then all) DVD Decrypter - On the rare occasion protection is in place that won't be read by DVD Shrink this program can usually get around it. Also good for burning ANY .iso (that I have tried..including xbox) file to a dvd+/-r (won't create a .iso though if it isn't from a DVD). Ripit4me - works with DVD Decrypter to crack discs that have the newer form of protection (bad title lists or corrupted sectors that aren't supposed to be read, passes on a list to DVD Decrypter to let it skip these parts, then cleans up the files afterward).
File list not available. |
Any comments or thoughts would be appreciated.
Very good upload. No viruses as far as I can see.
Glad to be of service, and thanks for the thanks :)
Good clean download - no nasties and works brilliantly. Thanks Tsuris for taking the time and effort to share this.....
Thanks again for the comment, to note for anyone who is interested in turning .ifo / .vob into .avi, Auto Gordian Knot is a great program for doing just that, although some movies require a little tweaking to make it work correctly, so I would say that (in those cases) it is not for amateurs :).
Many thanks for a helpful torrent! Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year!!
thank you as well :)
New note, the problems I had with agk were the source (particular encoding of one series was wonky) I now use dvdfab 8qt (free-regularly updated) to rip the dvd, dvd shrink to cut the fat to only what I want (especially removing things before the movie actually starts.....which is harder after the .avi is made) and agk set at a given size (10.5 ish mb per minute) in the vicinity of 1gb, instead of using percent, given size = two pass encoding, % quality = single pass encoding.

I stumbled across this awesome utility about a year ago. No lie, the very next day I went back to copy the link to send to my brother and the site was GONE!
This is the best utility ever! I have only found one DVD RipIt4Me couldn't copy and it was not a mainstream disc. It actually was from my oldest brother's funeral.
I have always had trouble with Disney encryption. DVD Shrink couldn't break it alone. Decrypter couldn't either. But combined with this utility you can back up any DVD regardless the parent studio.
Like a complete dumbass, I was consolidating everything for an OS install and accidentally deleted the effing .exe! Sometimes you just have to pay the price for bypassing the recycle bin.
Thanks a million, Uploader!!!
