(Problems with magnets links are fixed by upgrading your torrent client!)
PeerBlock lets you control who your computer \\\"talks to\\\" on the Internet. By selecting appropriate lists of \\\"known bad\\\" computers, you can block communication with advertising or spyware oriented servers, computers monitoring your p2p activities, computers which have been \\\"hacked\\\", even entire countries! They can\\\'t get in to your computer, and your computer won\\\'t try to send them anything either.
And best of all, it\\\'s free!

Cheers!
Thank you! This has been so eerily educational...All the damn government agencies & corporations really ARE watching us. Even though I already knew this, it is a bit unsettling actually seeing all these anti P2P ip's that are being blocked. Everybody needs to download this torrent! Thanks again!!!
if your having trouble accessing wikipedia then allow these ips

How to create a country-blocklist for PeerBlock
==============================

1. Go to http://www.ipaddresslocation.org/ip_ranges/get_ranges.php

2. Get the "Country 2 IP Address Range" of the desired country
(Prefix: none, Output: IP Ranges)

3. Save to disk and extract the textfile OR - if it can't be extracted -
simply put a ".txt" at the end of the filename.

4. Open textfile with texteditor

5. replace all " - " with "-"

6. replace all " " with e.g. "F:"

The "F" is only an example, for France in this case. You can also
put the whole name of the country here, but make sure that there
is no space between parts of the name ("Great Britain:" is not
possible, you would have to write "GreatBritain:" or simply "GB:")

6. Save the resulting file as e.g. "ipFrance.p2p"

7. Start PeerBlock and add your list (List manager > Create list > Browse)

8. View your new added list to make sure you got it all right
