READ THE INSTRUCTIONS

About:

With the new year comes a new release from the team that brought you Chew-WGA and Chew7, now partnering with secr9tos and Fibonacci from The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse (known for their development of R2 Converter). We present a new era of activation technology in our release of HAL7600, affectionately named after the HAL 9000 sentient on-board computer of the Discovery One spacecraft in Arthur C. Clarke's fictional Space Odyssey saga.

Main Features:

   * Provides an alternative way to activate Windows offline and privately.
   * Works on most builds or Windows (7, N, Server, Enterprise), including SP1.
   * Works on 32bit or 64bit system architectures.
   * Turns on activated and genuine status: LicenseStatus = 1; GenuineStatus = 0.
   * Validates with WAT (Windows Activation Technologies) online.
   * Resets the rearm count and then freezes the evaluation countdown (grace period time remaining).
   * After the initial installation reboot, no further reboots are required to keep it activated.
   * A simple click installs or uninstalls the program. It couldn't be any easier.

Included Tools:

   * Patched status checker, so you can see at any time if the system is still patched correctly. NEW!
   * Advanced patch cloaking, to hide any system mods from SFC and other resource digest checkers.
   * Disable (or re-enable) Windows Defender or Microsoft Security Essentials.
   * Change Windows Update settings easily.
   * Query the WMI database for product name and key, license and genuine status, etc. with ease.
   * Check for pending system file repair / update jobs, and clear them from the queue.
   * Initial Configuration Tasks / Server Manager activation status patch for Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Home Server 2011 (code named "Vail").
   * Windows Embedded Standard patch to remove evaluation text from logo.

Installation Tips:

   * Disable all anti-malware programs (anti-virus, anti-spyware, etc.) before installation, and exclude any resource blips that these tools warn you about. There are no viruses or malicioius code of any kind in HAL7600. Additionally, it was created by credible developers: Fibonacci, anemeros, and secr9tos.
   * Make sure your system clock is correct. Run "timedate.cpl", click the "Internet Time" tab, click the "Change Settings" button, select the server appropriate for you, then click the "Update Now" button. If it fails, try again and switch servers if necessary.
   * Ensure that all other activators are uninstalled, including Chew-WGA, Chew7, IR4, RemoveWAT, Daz's Loader, and any other loaders or BIOS mods. After uninstalling potentially conflicting software, also run "SFC /scannow" in an elevated command prompt, let it finish scanning, and then restart the computer before installing HAL7600.
   * Run "services.msc" to open the Microsoft Management Console services snap-in. Then verify that the startup type for "Software Protection" is set to "Automatic (Delayed Start)", and then verify that the startup type for "SPP Notification Service" is set to "Manual".
   * Uninstall KB971033 unless you need it, or rename WatAdminSvc.exe until you want to use it for something (can't imagine why anyone would need WAT in the first place, but hey).

tried this today on win7 32&64 worked a treat.
will try this. give feedback later. thanks
This activator works 100% with any win7, even if you installed Service Pack 1. make sure kb971033 is uninstalled and do not download it from windows update after installing this
Tried it on a Windows 7 Ultimate x86 install. Working so far!
Arse: won't install without .net 4, which won't install at all, possibly because I'm not allowed updates without authentication? Anyway, another waste of time.
THIS IS GREAT! I actually purchased Win 7 Ultimate, and Microsoft suddenly blocked my key after 5 months of using it. At least I can carry on now with this patcher! Many thanks carter67.
Works (Win7 64 SP1). Thanks
Agree. Afther installing SP1, my RemoveWAT didn't work. I followed all the steps for installation, downloaded/installed .net framework, and everithyng works fine. Tried Win Update - works
downloaded and intalled.. next morning my pc couldnt start up.. yeah greaaat torrent man.. plus picked up as "harmful software" by avg
Did avg pick it self up as virus?? Cause it is... AVG sucks sorry.. It just doesn't use 50% of your ram at random moments it find every crack/keygen as a virus, cause they won't you to think they are doing something. Anyways your computer wouldn't start cause of something else.

I ran this on 4 different computer and it works well even after downloading win7 Sp1 Thanks!
does not work with sp1.... or atleast didnt work for me, using x64 ultimate...
Kaspersky AV 2011 Picked up 2 trojans.

Defitnition of trojan-

A Trojan horse, or Trojan, is software that appears to perform a desirable function for the user prior to run or install, but (perhaps in addition to the expected function) steals information or harms the system.[1] The term is derived from the Trojan Horse story in Greek mythology.

Lolzers
Here you can see the listing of virus total: just AntiVir and Symantec disclaim this crack as unclean. There's no trojan or any other malicious code inside. For any Antivirus-Programs it is just a potential unwanted program.

You also can buy a legal key at M$
Worked great on Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
it is da best windows 7 activator
i have used tons of but this works like charm
u must use it
This worked fine for several weeks, but now I get:
"A change occured to the Windows License file
You must re-type your windows product key to activate online."
When I write the product key found in HAL7600 the it says that it's the Windows default product key, and that I need a different key. What should I do?
@Psybercastor

Have you deinstalled and blinded up KB971033? After this, SP1 (KB976932) will offered again for installation. If you have already installed SP1, blind up KB976932 too.

Activate again with HAL7600_1.2 and follow strictly the instructions!
Thanks a lot for this dude. Does it work kinda like RemoveWAT? 'Cause I don't like those KMS activators running at start up and stuff..

Works perfectly on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, with all the new updates installed (SP1 included).

Thanks again mate.
I tried everything to activate Win 7 Ultimate X86 7600.. nothing worked. did a lot of reinstalls...

But this worked like a charm.. the BEST.. Awesome Carter.. Just AWESOME
by the way, i had to install the .net framework... but it was worth it considering the number of activators i downloaded with no positive results.. will keep you posted as to what happens as i update windows
Awesome program! Fast and easy. Highly recommended! Worked marvelously on Windows 7 SP1 with only 1 day left to activate. :P Last minute salvation! Thanks creators Fibonacci, anemeros, and secr9tos, and thanks carter 67 for sharing!
trojan virus
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This tool has worked perfectly for several years. but the last couple days I'm getting the error
0x8004fe22 - This computer is not running genuine Windows.

I've done all the steps outlined in the installation tips, but nothing has worked. Is there an updated version of this, or something else I can try?
This no longer appears to work, so I now use the RemoveWAT 2.2.5 mentioned here. It works with Win 8 too!
