why don t start the game?
For all of the fucking kids crying about Multiplayer go buy the fucking thing. You obviously like the game and like it enough to want to play it online so support the devs and buy it you cheap fucks. It's like 5 dollars on steam.
WORK FINE. TO UNINSTALL, USE "OPTION.CMD" IN GAME INSTALATION FOLDER
Tested. Multiplayer DONT work even with the smartsteam used and installed. Please make sure to check that your torrent works before you put it online.

DO NOT PLAY THIS ON WINDOWS 10! BRICKED PC!
First of all the "online steam version" thats included does not work online. After discovering this I went to uninstall using the Options.cmd file that's included. After this I lost half of my Sunday. The file executes an "rd" command with no prompt. After searching for Supreme Commander 2 files the .cmd file executes a block of code that sets the active directory and then removes it.

Part2:
The problem is that in Win10 running the file sets the folder as C:Windowssystem32 ! The script then goes on to attempt a deletion of the entire system32 folder. Some files are access protected but those that are not were deleted without a confirmation. I have to boot with a live Linux CD and manually restore this directory from my Windows Server nightly bare metal backups. Without that I would have been reinstalling from scratch.
