open little snitch and go and make new and find checkup 3 and set block forever

lol, it uses 25% CPU and 100MB RAM by default.
the Activity Monitor and System Information under Utilities show you everything what this $40 eyecandy does.

blocking "licenses.app4mac.com" in little snitch did the trick! Ty guys
