Good quality s=8 v=7 but I am also unsure how to switch to track 2 for English? The Russian voice over makes watching impossible. Would I need to download again??

Just download VLC media player and switch to track 2 under the Audio menu.

With Vlc player go to Sound->Audio Track->Select Track 2 and Russian is gone , just like that ;)

For non-VLC user who stream video, this is how you get rid of the track (better disable it).

to rid yourselves of the russian overdub use xilisoft video converter ultimate (or maybe similar) and import these videos ( i di them one at a time) and convert them to the very same AVI format but at the top of the xilisoft software where it has the AUDIO option bring down the drop down box and UNTICK the Audio Track 1 option that is ticked leaving just the AUDIO 2 box ticked. Then convert the video to a destination of your choice and the output will be MINUS the russian overdub, VOILA and many thanks to the uploader
