The constant "adjusting" of pixels is a bit distracting.. but by no means is it un-watchable (especially considering it's only a documentary with mostly slow moving screen motion). Seems to have been a high def source that got poorly encoded.

The audio is very good. But the video is the interpolated image from 480p to 720p, generating a false sense of HD resolution. But the documentary is excellent!
