This is a patch for MP and SP ,just install patch in Call of duty folder and you will be ready to play .
If you have WIN7 (run installer as Administrator) and after installing game you have an error on your screen ,
ignore it because the game is installed correctly.
DO NOT TRY TO PLAY THIS GAME WITH STEAM APPLICATION OPENED ,CLOSE OR LOGOUT FROM STEAM THEN RUN THIS GAME !!!!

I installed it and works wonderful, no more stuttering or low FPS problem. But I want to know what it the version number, I want to play the SP with infinite health and so need a trainer with the exact version.
I find out that it is version 1.4.382 but the trainers doesn't work yet, still working on it.
if the survival missions aren't installed this patch well install them and fix the problem ?
