System requirements : Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 (both x86 and x64 versions) with full administrative rights NVIDIA GeForce 6 or newer series graphics card with NVIDIA ForceWare 96.xx or higher drivers AMD RADEON HD 2000 or newer series graphics card with AMD Catalyst 9.3 or higher drivers Any graphics card can be used to start application in limited functionality mode Description : MSI Afterburner is a utility for overclocking video cards from any manufacturer. Changes GPU/Shader/Memory frequencies, controls cooler rotation speeds, regulates voltage, etc. All operating systems of the Windows family of x86 and x64 architecture are fully supported. There are all the necessary capabilities for monitoring the operation of overclocked cards, there are options for working with profiles, managing “hot keys”, etc. Possibilities: Control of memory and core frequencies, including the shader unit (both separately and simultaneously). Voltage management. Manual or automatic control of fan speed. Real-time on-screen display for gaming (frame rate, temperature, frequency monitoring). Support for LCD displays of Logitech keyboards. Display information about device, driver, BIOS and SLI mode. Ability to use different user interface designs. Supports up to five profiles with settings. Additional Information: The program has an advanced mode, which includes support for cards from AMD Radeon, you can also adjust the GPU supply voltage, of course this also applies to video memory. The utility is capable of fully automatically monitoring switches between 3D and 2D modes, while MSI Afterburner will allow the user to use profiles, that is, you can quickly switch between them without wasting time manually changing parameters each time, which of course can be called a big plus. If you wish, you can also configure the adjustment of the video card cooling system; this parameter will change depending on the main temperature. MSI Afterburner will help you create profiles for overclocking, to do this you just need to press a special key and all the parameters will take effect, in total you can create 5 such profiles. The utility will monitor not only the frame rate in any 3D applications, but will also display all indicators in the on-screen menu and system tray. Please note that the presented program is capable of interacting with any video cards, however, some functions are tailored for proprietary hardware from MSI. MSI Afterburner has a fairly convenient interface, we can say that everything is at your fingertips. It is worth noting that after installation it will be recommended to restart the computer, so to speak, to display more accurate indicators. Don’t forget about Russian support and a large number of settings; you can configure the parameters of your video card as accurately as possible, and the built-in help will help you figure everything out, and since everything is in your native language, I think there will be no problems. MSI Afterburner is a completely free product, I recommend trying it if you are interested in overclocking a card, of course, but you shouldn’t indulge too much, the consequences may be different. What's new: The following innovations have been added to MSI Afterburner 4.6.5: Added support for NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40x0 series video cards. Added support for voltage regulation for GA103 and GDDR6x versions of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti. Added support for AMD RADEON RX 7900 series video cards. Added support for monitoring total board power for AMD RADEON RX 7900 series video cards. PCI IDs for future AMD and NVIDIA video cards have been added to the hardware database. Added support for Intel Arc GPUs in the hardware monitoring module. Overclocking and tuning of Intel Arc GPUs is not yet supported due to limitations of the Intel Hardware Control API for x64 applications. Added experimental support for 13th generation Intel processors. Added experimental support for AMD Ryzen 7xxx processors. The CPU usage data sources in the hardware monitoring module have been changed to an alternative implementation based on NtQuerySystemInformation(SystemProcessorIdleInformation), as the old implementation does not work in current Windows 11 22H2 builds. Added a workaround to fix a broken fixed fan speed programming API (Overdrive 5 compatible) for older GCN Overdrive 7 GPUs on AMD drivers version 22.5.2 and later. Added a configuration file switch to disable the native voltage control API on NVIDIA GeForce GTX 9x0 series video cards and force the use of the legacy P-state 2.0 voltage control API. Advanced users can use this switch to bypass voltage control lock on NVIDIA Maxwell series graphics cards running version 515 and later drivers. Improved correction formula parser with support for data format conversion, rounding, and min/max functions. Added bus frequency monitoring based on OCMailbox for Intel Skylake processors and newer. Unlike traditional timestamp-based bus frequency estimates, OCMailbox provides support for monitoring the overclocked BCLK frequency. Please note that access to OCMailbox is blocked by default in the OS if HVCI is enabled. 14. Improved monitoring plugin SMART.dll. Added support for temperature monitoring for NVMe devices, including secondary controller temperature for some Samsung NVMe drives. The default frequency limit for the Voltage/Frequency Curve Editor has been expanded to 3.5 GHz. Please note that if necessary, you can configure the limits manually via the configuration file. Change the update server location to a new URL in the update checker. The old update server location has reached the end of its life. RivaTuner Statistics Server has been updated to version 7.3.4: The list of changes in the new version is huge and includes more than 100 compatibility improvements, changes and new features. The improvements are mainly in the OverlayEditor plugin, so it is highly recommended to try it if you are still using the old MSI Afterburner functionality for displaying data. The new version also includes an updated DesktopOverlayHost utility that allows you to display information directly on the Windows desktop or on a small external display mounted inside the computer case, similar to the AIDA64 SensorPanel feature
