This is the pdf of the trapwire documents that is currently the speculated cause of the DDoS on wikileaks. I am upping it since I dont see it anywhere else.

The document seems legit but the last block is not being seeded so everybody sits downloading at 99.8 % complete. Probably a bug in seeder's client.
It'd be really nice if some seeders would get back on this.
