It is foolishness to upload 15.2 gb complete instead you download mw3 dedicated server from steam and then you can upload only the dlc and required files that of 1.2gb which will save lots of time for download

if u already have the game , copy it to a different directory and install this torrent over it it will check and will only download the missing files aka the 1.2 DLC and client etc.
