Reuploaded due to previous one being corrupted -- really sorry to those who started downloading. ********I WILL BE SEEDING 24/7******* This is an easy torrent to get Logic Pro 9.1.7 running. It's just Logic Pro -- there isn't any additional Logic Studio content. It's Mountain Lion compatible, tested on my machine, and I've used lots of knowledge from people far cleverer than I to get this working. I hope this helps a lot of people. There are four stages to this: 1) Double-click 'LogicStudio.iso'. Once it's mounted, double-click 'Install Logic Studio', and use the serial code: E-342-PXV-169-TMH-378-IKJ-435-KXZ-FFS-41PX. Enter your first name & surname. You will also have to deselect the 'Logic Studio Content', else it'll ask for DVDs. 2) Once it's installed, install the 'LogicPro9.1.7Update'. 3) Once the update has been installed, drag the 'Logic Studio System ID' and 'ProAppsSystemID' to the following folder: Volume/Library/Application Support/ProApps When prompted, ensure you overwrite all the files. Also remember that 'Volume' is your hard-drive (usually called Macintosh HD). 4) Enjoy Logic Studio! Regards, keysofanxiety

After following the instructions, the app from this torrent works perfectly (tried on Mac OS X 10.8.4) but unfortunately this isn't the mac app store version so it has that numbers game demo project instead of helena beat by foster the people which I was looking for. It's located in /Library/Application Support/Logic/Logic Pro Demo Songs/Foster the People for who has that version. Can anyone please upload that folder?
Can someone help me? I can't find the ProApps folder
I have a 2013 Macbook Pro w/ Retina Display.
I followed the simple instructions of installing the former, entering the serial, installing the latter.
When I go into Library/Application Support/ there is no 'ProApps'.
When I search for the file names that I am supposed to replace, the only ones that exist are the ones included in this torrent.
Time to uninstall/delete everything from this torrent :(

@lostinthevalley: can I definitely confirm that you're going into the right library? On OS X there are two libraries; one of which you access by holding down the Alt key in the 'Go' menu on Finder.
That is the WRONG library -- you need to access the one through Macintosh HD. Can I confirm you're going to the right one?
Thanks

I can't seem to update to 9.1.8. App Store doesn't prompt me with any update so I manually dl the update from apple. When I tried to update it said no eligible version of Logic Pro was found.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

KEYS! how do i overwrite the files? do i have to in order for it to work?
Hi guys, i registered just to share what I did to make this work, my issue was that after installing the software and following all of the steps 100% it still asked me to enter a key when I started the software. What I noticed is that the 2 files which are ment to replace the original looked a little different. they had a tiny little "lock" icon at the bottom of them. So I replaced the original file with no "lock" on them with the cracked ones. Than went ino properties of the two files once replaced the originals and unticked the "Locked" box for bowth of them as this feature was activated. Than PRESTO .. my logic pro fired up and didnt ask for the keys anymore.. Hope this helps the people having the same problem.. Oh and thank you to the uploader, losts of time and effort uploading and answering all questions..
@benjisex: Yep, please overwrite the files in the ProApps folder. Please be aware that if you have any other of Apple's Pro applications (Final Cut, for instance), this may affect their registration.
@marcinkane: Thanks very much for letting us know how you got it working. That wasn't a problem I'd encountered before so I really appreciate your input.
Hope you make some excellent music!

keysofanxiety no problem, I was also frustrated and reinstalled Mountain Lion when it didnt work the first time, mew to MAC's but had do figure it out or it would kill me.. When I'm making music like Alex M.O.R.P.H yo'll be the first to know haha.. Thank you so much for the upload and I think it's Awesome that you help people out that can't get it working.. Much Respect Bro.. Keep up the good work ....
This works on my MacBook Pro Retina Display 15". I can confirm as no one seemed to know.
Haven't use the app rigourously yet, but it opens, tracks record, and all features seem to be there.
All I did was follow instructions, I'm running Mountain Lion.
Thank you keysofanxiety!!

Hey keys, I noticed you have answered this question multiple times, and I respect your patience and help with everyone. But I have a question Im hoping I can get help with. After following these instructions 100%. Installing the disk and update, then moving the ID files to the ProApps folder, I noticed that the ID files (Logic studio system ID, ProAppsSystemID) were created as "alias" and I wasn't prompted to overwrite anything. So at this moment It is still asking for a Serial Code. I am new to mac so i'm trying my best here it seems that @marcinkane onto something however I don't notice any kind of "lock" icons of the sort. I have read through all the comments and they have been of great help to this point. I feel that the fact the files were changed to "Alias" may be a problem, and may have something to do with no prompt of overwriting the files. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This looks like a great upload :)
Hi there
Installed perfectly thank you! Really pleased to be able to get it working on Mountain Lion!
I have a question ... Is there any way of installing the studio content? as you said to deselect studio content to install this. Do you have to use the same copy of logic or set of discs or will the serial number work if I find the studio content elsewhere? - Sorry if this is a dumb question, I am not the most savvy with this downloading apps lark ;) Thanks!

@ASHsXe: Hiya matey, just right-click the patch files, click 'Copy'; then go to the 'ProApps' folder, right-click, and then paste them in. Should prompt you to overwrite that way. Aliases just mean they're creating shortcuts to the files rather than copying the actual files.
@icklefriendspant5: No problem at all. Just click 'Logic Pro' (just to the right of the Apple icon at the top-left of your screen), and then click 'Download Additional Content'.
Best wishes, let me know if this works! :)

Hi Keys,
Thank you so much for the torrent. I had some issues in the beginning with the serial number being prompted for again but read through all previous comments, uninstalled, reinstalled, repatched and everything worked again.
I appreciate your patience in replying to all questions and concerns.
Thank you again!

Worked beautifully for me! Thanks!
Just one question, to install Addictive Drums do I have to have Logic Pro installed first? Thx
YES!! MUCHAS Gracias
@keysofanxiety Thank you for sharing!! I just installed: 'Install Logic Studio' and 'LogicPro9.1.7Update' and the window says: Installed Correctly, I did all the steps, but I can't opened, do you have any idea, what I can do?
So far so good. Awesome. I gave on trying to get the content for Logic 10. I think the standard content is enough. A few issues with some incompatible AUs, but as many as I expected. Now just need to figure it all out.
I installed and followed all the steps, but when I launch Logic, it asks me for name, organization and serial..
I paste the one inside the instructions and it tells me that its invalid, somebody help me please!

Will this work on Snow Leopard?
