It is a body of scanning work such as this one that makes me proud to be a comic book reader. I salute you MrclScns! This is a fine, fine upgrade of the previously available scans. (IMHO they were piss-poor.) Thank you so very much.
@STFmaryville - No problem. Glad to contribute.
Wow MrclScns, this has got to be one of the best torrents I have EVER seen. Did you compose all the title pages and everything on the Alan Moore omnibus? This is truly amazing stuff. Thank you for giving me the chance to read Miracleman, would never have read it without you!
@ajsztehlo - Glad to hear it! Hope you enjoy. It's probably my all time favorite comic. And yes, i did put the Alan Moore omnibus together myself.
@MrclScns Just started reading, startling stuff! Thanks again for the upload.
The re-scanning of these are definitely better than all other Miracleman torrents out there. Your hard work is very much appreciated! Quality is excellent. I can finally finish this epic series thanks MrclScns!
Awesome work MrclScns! Valiant effort. :)
I'd like to discuss these with you. Do you have a forum account, for PM? (the "Forum" link at the bottom)
@RubrumPopulus - Just made one. Same user name: MrclScns
Wow...MRCI, you fucking genius...the old scans were horrible, my eyes bled out when i tried to read the prose, but now it is no effort at all! The old scans took away the best thing about the comic: THE PROSE in the captions! Ruined the reading experience! But now? It is so easy to read it is mind boggling! THANK YOU!
Awesome job, MrclScns. Thank you.

There are a few cool projects in the pipeline.
This is great. I can't believe I missed it in November. Anyways thanks a bunch MrclScns, keep it up.
This is fantastic. Like others, I stumbled across this as a result of your most recent Grant Morrison scans. I'm super excited about finally having access to high quality scans of this work. Thank you so much!

Just out of curiosity, approximately how many hours did it take you to put all of this together?
@ Ahlat & @werthamlied - Glad you found it. Enjoy!

@werthamlied - I wish I had counted. But this took the better part of 8 months beginning to end of constant work. Definitely worth it!
Dare I say, MrclScns, you're my miracleman!
Quick note - I am aware of the missing pages of the "Sunday Morning Pictures" framing sequence in the collected edition volumes, and was graciously provided with the missing pages to be added to a future edition of these collections. I don't have a timetable for those collections, but will have them out as soon as I am able.
Thank you for the upload Mrcl, much appreciated.
MrclScns, just stopping by to say thanks. i bought the newly recolored miracleman #1 yesterday but thanks to you, i was able to read the series a few times over the last year. thank you!
Glad you were able to read it and I'm glad I was able to contribute in this way. Even though they are re-releasing the series I still think this collection is important, because it's important to see the history of this series, both in the books themselves and the story around its publication. We still don't have a full idea how Marvel will be altering the book for the re-releases (besides stripping Alan Moore's name from it). The essays and articles in the omnibus do a really good job painting a picture of what this book was like and what it's all about. It's funny to think that future generations won't know the significance of not only the book itself but getting the rights figured out and getting it re-published. So even if people are getting the newly published issues (and they should!) they really should check this out.
I just have to say that these (#1-16) are some the most beautiful and amazing comics I've read.
