You need to chill homie. Grabbing a missing subs file is as easy as hitting google search.
This is a loving, sharing, joyous place--no need for hostility.
(Also, you might check if the sub file is muxed in and you just missed it)

Action scenes were absolutely incredible sound wise, the normal talking was a bit too quiet though.

Awesome audio/video quality ... Although i have a major disappointment regarding torrent ... There is not constant aspect ratio ... In forced 16:9 aspect ratio, i get the forced black stripes on the top and bottom of the screen during the start and end, which makes it seem like aspect ratio 2.39:1 ... However in the middle the stripes disappear and i get complete 16:9 ratio... I m not sure about the reason behind this ... Please sort it out ....

I've read on other torrents that this is because some of the movie was filmed on IMAX film which has a different aspect ratio.

Video: Yes, some part were filmed in IMAX, so the aspect ratio does change. In this version, the ratio changes within the boundaries of 1920x1080.
