The quality is pretty low for the size. Also, lots of artifacts present. Will look for a better version.
Type1138 is either being dishonest or is extremely confused. A 1080p will be free of blocking and artifacts with a bitrate of 2200-2800kbps unless the screen you're playing back on is ungodly huge, like near or above 50", so saying that there are artifacts when the bit rate is over 5000kbps is just complete bullshit. Maybe he/she was playing on a 70" screen or something and doesn't understand that bitrate needs to be directly proportional to screen size. With a bitrate over 5000kbps, this should look perfect even on screens up to or above 42" or so. I would encourage people to completely disregard that comment unless your screen is 60" or more. HighCode does not make bad encodes.
I will say though, the me_range setting is WAY too high. x264 developers have said that pushing that setting too high can actually be detrimental. An me_range setting of 24 seems to be optimum and I would NEVER recommend setting it above 32.
