Dont wast yor time, this is fake.
I've tried playing with all player (ex:GOMPlayer2.1.43, AllPlayer5.3, KMPlayer3.4, VLCMedia2.0.4, PotPlayer1.5.34) none can play this file. as I read on the ReadMe file i found this "you need a new codec is RaZV_HQ_V.0.1.3.dec" anyone heard this codec? nobody know what kind codec. as i know extenxion codec is .ax or dll
please tell me what kind codec this (.dec)

The "video" file is completely fake. Open it with hexeditor and all you see is just 1.3GB of 0x20 chars.
The same goes for the "codec".
Sole purpose of this torrent is for the victims to click on the url in the readme file and complete some crap survey.
