NTSC or PAL? It IS important information that needs to be known.
I have to agree, region is a pretty relevant piece of information.
Since BB can't manage to include that info for whatever reason, a look at the VIDEO_TS.IFO and VTS_01_0.IFO in IfoEdit indicate that this is NTSC format.
