update is v1.3, but crack shows thats its v1.2 so i get black screen, good job dumb ass...

Yeah i'm getting the same problem as everyone else. Game installs but when I get to one of the new cars it says "press y to go to store" rather than "press y to drive car" and since i'm running a downloaded version I can't even connect to the store. Anyone that has found a solution?

but when i tried to enter it
it asks me to go online to enter the car what to do

You need to GET a save file from saved game in v1.3 to get DLC cars, search up on Google for Ultimate Speed Pack DLC save game.
