just start the first, it is automatic, the dvd are original from sony and will install the required software automatic

I also confirm it is not working for svs13a. I have an SVS13A1CGXB. It says "incompatible"

sorry :( that is written on the dvd label ask for tech support from sony, this is there''s dvd after all
