They really like their spectral effect lighting. Looks like someone smeared vasoline over the lens of the camera they shot with. Cunts took 'needs moar lens flare' too literally.
Yeah, it's the NCIS effect. It's so bad on NCIS episodes that people repeatedly post comments on 720p uploads that it's crappy video quality/not 720p/etc., even on very high quality rips. When the "frost" on the entire production so bad you can't even tell it's an HD image, you've gone way over the edge into fucking stupidity.
