I installed the themes in a hosted VM behind a VM firewall and immediately my firewall logs started showing IP's trying to connect.
So be warned some of the themes are infected. I'm uploading them in chunks of 5-10 at a time and see which ones are calling home. Not all of them are infected.

I was trying out several of the themes in this torrent. When I got to Karma and Kernel, my site started locking up, then my host blacklisted me. I just spoke with support this morning, and they provided me the logs showing SQL injection attacks. I pasted the log here (removed identifying information) http://pastebin DOT com/zcBndmLi
I did run a malicious code checker and it came up clean. Maybe someone can recommend a more reliable code checker?
Anyways, proceed with caution.

@derpjosh, what you do to find what's in that code, u go to sites like http://www.base64decode.org/ and input that code and it will be decoded. I have found similar issues and had to clean or get rid off that part from the .php files. use a software like ransack agent to do a search inside files.
