I could not activate beyond the 15 day trial. It would not accept the serial as it always forces you to their web page for the purchase of a serial.

@rayr_1 Maybe try to uninstall and reinstall it. When installing, enter the serial when it is still in the Installer app.

Works great without any modifications !!! Just click on the .dmg file and enter the serial number while installation and here you go !!!!

Yeah, works perfectly for me too. I was expecting trouble, like I'd have to open the app, click different options, etc, etc, but no, the moment you install it, put in the registration, you can immediately format and copy to NFTS - just perfect it is.

A word of warning, though: If you have Windows installed (or any other NTFS partition on your local drive, for that matter), Tuxera and MDS will be eating away CPU cycles seemingly forever. This is because Spotlight is indexing the NTFS partition. I'm not sure why, and it may only be on my system, but it'll seem to never finish doing this, or it'll just do it again and again, because the processes are pretty much always sucking away my battery juice.

Go to Spotlight Preferences, choose Privacy, navigate to your NTFS mount, and click OK. This will remove it from Spotlight, and the indexer won't run there again.

Like everyone says, make sure you enter the registration key on install and not later and it will work fine.

@ChBukow is a damn lifesaver, I probably would never had even figured out this program was causing major lag if I hadn't bothered reading this comment. Listen to this man.

This is a awesome piece of software, thank you.
I have used both Paragon and Tuxera.

Tuxera seems miles ahead and does not require any internet tweaking or snitch or keygen like Paragon does.

Tuxera works really well on my 10.7.5!
