Ok after about 45 mins of searching through the comments of BioShock Infinite FLT torrents posted by other uploaders, I finally found a comment explaining wtf these files are and how to use them! Clearly, I'm not as tech savvy as I thought. I'll post if/when I get this thing up and running smoothly =)
