Yeah, 15 gb is completely believable for a 1080p bluray movie. If HD movies weren't that big, Blu Ray discs wouldn't be necessary, as a DVD can hold up to 9 gigs. When you find HD bluray rips that are any less than like 10-12 gigs minimum, it's because the video and/or audio is highly compressed after the ripping, and what you're getting is nowhere near the actual picture and sound quality of watching the bluray on a bluray player.
