Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 (LTSB) requires very modest hardware: a 1 GHz processor, 2 GB RAM for 64-bit, and at least 20 GB (64-bit) of free disk space. These specifications are similar to the general Windows 10 baseline, but the LTSB edition is optimized for stability.
LTSB editions excludes consumer apps like Cortana, Edge, or the Microsoft Store.
Note: security updates for this Windows version will end 13 Oct 2026 (no ESU available).

- Select Custom installation and select partition
- Connect to the internet when prompted (activation)
- At first boot (Get going fast), DO NOT select Express Settings, select Customize instead and turn off all settings (privacy)
- On next page, select join a local Active Directory domain
- Enter your name and password, done !
