What I've done here is compile the Season 2 Hatufim videos uploaded by TVIS (with hardcoded Spanish subs). I've used the English subs found in the torrent uploaded by Drizzle99 and re-hardcoded those over the top of the Spanish subs with a black letterbox behind them (covering the old subs) and with yellow text so that it stands out from the israeli subs which were also hardcoded.

It is not a perfect situation but it is definitely watchable and thought it would be appreciated until a better options is uploaded.

I am very impressed with your effort to add English subs to these. Your solution of superimposing the black background and yellow subs text over the Spanish subs works wonderfully well. The only flaw that I detect is when the Spanish subs are longer than the English and are visible on each side of the black background. This is not a problem at all, and the overall result is a very watchable version. The English subs seem to be fine, although I haven't seen all episodes yet. Thank you very much for making this effort to bring us this English subbed version of a really terrific series.
