i don't get it, there's no setup,no rar, no exe, nothing, just a few unidentified files, instruction please

Update/Additions:
– 2560×1440 and 1440×900 screen resolution added.
– Aim Assist ON/OFF toggle added.
– Mouse Acceleration ON/OFF toggle added.
Bug fix:
– 120Hz Refresh Rate setting not saving under certain circumstance.
Instructions:
– Unrar the update.exe and run it ( point to your installation folder
if required )

anyone noticed that the mouse acc option in the patch doesnt really work? if you turn it off it still has mouse acc.
