It stands to reason there's no way this could be a DVDR release at this point in time. Leechers should be able to detect that this is another cam (unless they lack common sense) and that the uploader purposely miss-tagged the torrent to get a better rating of his/her account, easily verifiable by checking on his/her work.

It is wrongly tagged, giving it the shape of a dvd doesnt make it a dvd. It is a TS by all means. HD it is also arguable that a TS can be tagged as HD ... but whatever !! Nice effort, and thank you !

So its a cam thats converted to play on a dvd
