I don't know about the others so many are in play in science still, but this one is disingenuous "Simple processed carbs and sugars predispose you to heart disease" It's true as these digest too quickly and spike your blood sugar, contributing to high gylcemic levels, insulin resistance becoming Type II diabetes. But replacing these with complex carbs, eating whole grains, and reducing sugar drastically pretty much eliminates this issue. So it's not carbs vs no carbs but simple carbs v complex ones.
