i usually get cbr files. whats a cbz and why only two files?
@J-RedtheRd : To simplify , CBR = Comic Book Rar
CBZ = Comic Book Zip . And two files to make it easy for me to share / seed it :)

CBR and CBZ are very similar. Most comic readers can use either.
If for whatever reason you need a comic RAR instead of a comic ZIP, you can use an archival app such as Unrarchiver or UnrarX on a Mac to uncompress the scans (sorry, I'm Mac only). Then recompress the files into a new .RAR archive. I usually use the SimplyRAR app to do this. After you have created a .RAR archive of the scans, you need to rename the .RAR archive to a .CBR and you're done! Simple as that! I find myself doing this to all my comics with extra crap mixed in with the scans. I always take that stuff out.
Just google "rar app Windows" if you're not on a Mac to find alternative apps.
Here's a good LifeHacker article on the subject: http://lifehacker.com/5785737/a-comic-book-lovers-guide-to-going-digital
