How can I play as Squigly? Can't unlock her even if I add the DLC id in Skidrow.ini (0 = 245174).
Apparently Squiggly is not enabled when first installed. Anyone kind enough to show us how to unlock her ?

Is there a way to play with a friend online with this, like maybe with hamachi or something?
If you like this buy it, it's like 14€ and you know your money is not going to giant ass corpuration like EA or Activision. The guys at Lab Zero even held a contest so people's original charecters could be in the background of the stages. Plus 1 free dlc charecter and nothing beats playing this game with friends online,give it a try ;)

SERIOUSLY THOUGH THE GAME IS NICE AND ALL , BUT THE WAY THE CHARACTERS FIGHT IN THIS GAME U MAY BE MORE INTERESTED IN THE COLOUR SIZE AND SHAPE OF THEIR PANTIES RATHER THEN THEIR MOVES

I felt bad and not lazy for once so I made an account just to help you out.
"Unpack the release" just means to extract the files and folders that you just downloaded. You'll probably need a program like WinRAR or 7-Zip, so if you don't have one of those, go get it now. I'd advise 7-zip, but that's just me. You simply right-click the thing you downloaded, and choose "Extract Here."
Then, to mount the image, you need a program called Daemon Tools (Lite). So get that, too, and you just click and drag the .iso file from the download into it and then double-click it and it'll "Mount."
After that, a window will pop up asking you to run set-up or open folder and view files. Choose to open folder and view files. Then, when the new window pops up, run the setup file from that folder and install it as you would any other program. When it's done, go to wherever you installed it to (if you don't change anything, it should be something like "C:Program Files (x86)Skullgirls" and then copy and paste the files and folders from SKIDROW (in the other window) into the Skullgirls folder. A thing will pop up asking you if you want to replace things. Replace everything.
After that, just run the game and you're good! If your firewall pops up, asking you if you trust the content, say you trust it completely and allow it through.
Also, if you make a short-cut to the game, right-click it, go to Properties, go to the Shortcut tab (should be the first one that pops up), click Advanced... check the box that says Run as Administrator, then OK, Apply, OK, and then it'll always run as admin and you should never have any problems.

I installed it and replaced the files with the ones in the SKIDROW folder. However, when I try opening the game, all that appears is a window overlay that crashes, can anyone help?

Hmm it seems that after following the steps the game starts in a windowed screen blakc and it just goes to not responding...so can any one help me?
