Bill Murray makes a grand entrance Vegas-style on the Late Show with David Letterman.
He  helps Dave mark 20 years on the CBS Television Network tonight. 
Bill was the  first guest to visit The Late Show when it premiered on Aug 30 - 1993

As of tonights broadcast the - Late Show with David Letterman - will have broadcast 3897 episodes and four primetime specials in its 20 years on CBS. Since its debut on the network the critically acclaimed show has been honored with nine Emmy Awards, including six for Outstanding Variety, Music or Comedy Program and a staggering 73 Emmy nominations. 

Also featured tonight is a performance by Lenny Kravitz and Gladys Knight. She is making her first appearance on one of Lettermans late night talk shows. And there is a special - Late Show Photo Album -  to close out the broadcast.
It features iconic images from the shows 20 years at CBS.
