There are some people, like Rizak, who call bullshit without doing research.
According to the following site, CBGB was released on DirecTV on September 5th...a month before the theatrical release on October 11th. "The film will premiere on DIRECTV CINEMA Thursday, Sept. 5 and air through Oct. 2, prior to its theatrical release on October 11, 2013." In addition, the movie premiered at the CBGB music festival on October 9th.
(I would have included links but I kept getting database errors...Google for your reference.)
Based on the specs, the video quality on this is good. I would have hoped for a 5-channel release but what do you expect from a HDRip. I am downloading this now and will update this thread when complete.
For those who care, the official BluRay release is December 31st.

Video quality is very good for a HDRip. As I mentioned previously, I prefer 5.1 audio over 2.0 audio but if you only have a 2-channel setup, this will do just fine. Good job uploader.
