Sort of a Science Fiction Cookbook, I guess because it sure ain't science!
@joshua13 - hmm - sure it's not science. That's great. Eating properly should really be common sense. 'Science' has corrupted good eating for way too long. My general feeling on any "diet method" is this : follow the money ! If someone (or some group) is making money off your eating method, don't trust it !. Paleo stuff is simply anything that cavemen would eat - meat, fish, simple veggies and fruits, berries etc. Certainly not sugars, glucoses (sucrose,fructose,maltose) and definitely not carbohydrates (flour,pasta etc) and no alcohol. Sounds like common sense to me. And Kellogs and Nestle are not making any money off this. I lost 10% of my body weight in 2 months, eating bacon and eggs for breakfast, red skin peanuts (or almonds) for lunch and simple meat (fish/chicken) and veggies for supper. No measuring - ate as much as I wanted.
