Does this release have Chinese subs and watermarks as well? I see no mention of it, nor do the screens show subs or watermarks (other than the uploader's own watermark).

This is a confirmed DVDrip for all of you that doubt it. Thanks Drarbg and others for the work. Its not bluray which I guess would be 10/10. Since BR the ratings have gotten messed up. Maybe we should all start using a scale of 15. So yes this is A:10 V:10

This is in fact the 2013 film for anyone wondering. There's not even a 2012 film called The Conjuring.

Very good quality though I haven't checked out the ETRG rip. Only flaw I saw was the lack of sound during the behind the scenes at the end.
