It doesn't really matter.
If you double-click on the file AdvrCntrReg.bat, then the DLL-file will be automatically registered.

I actually do not know in which exact folder the AdvancedCenter is installed; you will propably find it under %PROGRAM_FILES%NeroNero 10....
