WOW... this is the best torrent i've downloaded. I can't say enough how well this was put together. Ironically i want to pay the uploader/cracker for his good work. I allowed (using Little Snitch) the initial update download and it worked just fine. I will still deny most "phone home" communications from here on but i had to comment and give my praise.

I'm using 10.9 btw

For it to work you must say no to the update and then "No, Use Current Version". That is most likely your guys problem. I have used it a lot and it works like a charm.

This one worked for me.
It's not the latest version, but as of today, it's the only Parallels 9 torrent that worked, already cracked. I did, however, install all of the host file additions prior to, just to be sure.
