Aspect ratio is off. Video is != 1080p resolution. Audio fluctuates from loud to soft. Video quality is right around the same as the earlier "DVD rips".

Yes, aspect ratio is incorrect. Some of the picture is cropped on top and bottom. What a waste of bandwidth.

As the other commenters have mentioned, this video is not at the correct aspect ratio. If you look at the other blu-ray rips, they are at 1920x1040. This one is 1920x800, and you can tell that it is skewed.
Did you even bother to make sure you ripped this correctly before upping it? Nope.
